This appears to be taking place in Fresno, CA (possibly the entire valley) as secret altering of the city water system is taking place – upcoming water diversion. Ripping everything apart and haphazardly rebuilding; altering property lines; widening streets; no permits, inspections or record for any of it – only altered plat/parcel maps and aerial views to cover up the evidence. The city is literally paying their risk analyst to set various residents up for annihilation so the fake work crew can step in and “gut” the property so the lines can be replaced. Trail of ID theft, suspected homicide, forged deeds. Raw sewage discharged, trail of illness, cellulities, respiratory, hepatitis, amputation, death. No one complains or questions anything – not even when shown evidence. I was among the oblivious for many years until accidentally getting away – the anger and death threats continue as a result of what I uncovered. Father of a local FBI agent says CA central valley is being set up for a disaster, to cover up the evidence, hence the atrocities and pillaging before hand. No consequences for anything – a barbaric situation. BTW: City refuses to allow the tap water to be tested for pharmaceuticals. http://www.myspace.com/marlalk4
