US To Declare October ‘Economic Emergency’, Suspend Elections

The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) is reporting in the Kremlin today that the Bank of England has received from the United States Federal Reserve Bank a ‘notice’ that President Bush is preparing to declare an ‘Economic Emergency’ during the week of October 5th and will further announce that the American Presidential election due to be held on November 4th will be ‘indefinitely suspended’.

These reports state that the Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King, had expressed his ‘shock and outrage’ to his American counterparts at the US Federal Reserve after the catastrophic collapse of one of the largest financial banks in the World, Lehman Brothers, and which caused both the Band of England and the European Central Bank to rush $42 billion into the European economy yesterday to keep it from collapsing, and their own banks from running out of money, necessitating the response from the US Central Bank leader Ben S. Bernanke.
As Prime Minister Putin had previously warned, and as we had reported on in our September 13th report “Hurricane Ike To Completely Destroy United States, Says Putin”, the horrific hurricane storm that has devastated the State of Texas, and where a humanitarian crisis is presently unfolding, has, indeed, proved to be the proverbial ‘straw that broke the camels back’ as the catastrophic damage from this storm raced beyond the Gulf of Mexico coast and ravaged the heartland of America to such an extent that the Governors of Ohio and Kentucky have declared States of Emergency as millions have been left without power.
The significance of this historic storm damage to the American economy, these reports say, led to the unprecedented pressures put upon the World’s largest insurance company American International Group (AIG) and its halt in negotiations, during a rare Sunday meeting in New York, to support the near bankrupt Lehman Brothers on Sunday, but which was then allowed to collapse and is now threatening to also destroy AIG itself.
Not being explained to the American people is that AIG, the World’s largest player in the $45 Trillion derivatives market, during the past two weeks had bet heavily on the World Markets against the damage from Hurricane Ike exceeding $2 billion in property damage, lost oil and gasoline production, lost wages and payments to companies forced to close, etc., it is obligated to pay, but which the actual damages are now being estimated will exceed $1 Trillion as the damages throughout the United States are finally tallied.
Such a calamitous action by AIG has basically shattered the Western economic system, and as we can read as reported by The Australian Business News Service in their article titled “Global banks brace for derivative blow-up”, and which says:
Even worse for the American people during this unprecedented crisis is that one of their top economic experts, Wilbur Ross, chairman and CEO of WL Ross & Co, is now warning that over 1,000 US banks are nearing collapse, and one of their top economists, Nouriel Roubini, of NYU’s Stern School and RGE Monitor, is further warning that “there is already a “slow-motion run on retail banks” occurring nationwide.”
Russian Military Analysts commenting on these reports state that though it is unlikely that the American President can suspend US elections solely on the basis of an Economic Emergency alone, it is entirely probable that he could do so should their Nation suffer another 9/11 type attack, and which they ‘cryptically’ observe could place as early as September 22nd as American Military Forces begin to conduct their World-Wide tests of their new nuclear alert system as they conduct another test of their so-called Star Wars Missile Defense System.
It should be further noted that as their once great Nation continues sliding towards the abyss of total ruin, these American people still refuse to acknowledge the substance of the many warnings being issued to them from all corners of the World as if even with eyes and ears they do not see and do not hear anything other than what they are programmed for by their masters.
How sad for these people, how much sadder for the rest of us these people are now all but lost.

Most interesting article, but nothing new here. For many months now, I’ve figured there’re but two ways we could go:
1) Bush decides he absolutely will not leave office (to hell with the Constitution – it’s just a piece of paper anyway); or
2) McCain will be installed and the American public will be assured that they did indeed vote for him.
I pray no U.S. citizen continues to believe that an elite oligarchy with access to billions upon billions of dollars really gives two sh*ts what the working-class peon thinks (or thinks he thinks). In other words, friends, your vote is absolutely worthless. Your time is better spent learning to fend for yourself – ’cause whether you like it or not, the police state is coming.

This one thing that Bush will NOT do is cancel the election. Governments hold elections so that they can claim to be legitimate, democratically elected governments with the support of their citizens. Since our elections are rigged, and since Bush was sworn into office in both 2000 and 2004 BEFORE the votes were counted, the way that people vote doesn’t matter. The U.S. Constitution doesn’t allow us to vote directly for President and Vice-President anyway, so our votes are symbolic and meaningless.
Congress has decided to nationalize AIG, which means that the U.S. is now a fully-fledged Communist government that nationalizes large industries. This may have been ordered by China as a condition for them to keep extending the U.S. credit with which to fund its wars of aggression in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The only choices on the ballot with any chance of winning, are war (McCain) and war (Obama), so Bush doesn’t care who wins, any more than Congress did when it pre-funded the wars until 2010.
Congressional Democrats only have an 11% approval rating among Democratic voters. Do you have any idea how hard the Democratic Party had to work at supporting the Republican agenda over the past seven and a half years in order to alienate almost 90% of its base? The Democratic tactic of demonizing the Republicans doesn’t work any more. Democratic voters say, “If the Republicans are so evil, why won’t you impeach them and why do you vote for everything they want?”
But who are the 11% that still approve of the Democrats? They’re the die-hard Democrats who can’t imagine anything other than voting Democratic. Even they admit that the Democratic Party is wrong, so they call themselves “progressive Democrats” who want to change the Democratic Party. But they know they can’t change it at the top, so they are working from the bottom in local elections. Unfortunately there were about 40 progressive democrats elected to Congress in ’06 whose elections were stolen, and who didn’t get to take office any more than Gore or Kerry did when they won the popular vote. The Democratic Party needed more Republicans in order to continue the war profiteering and to protect Bush and Cheney from impeachment, so they refused to even look at the stolen elections and they swore in the Republicans. Once sworn into office, according to our Constitution, Article 1, Section 5, only Congress itself can remove a sitting member of Congress. The framers somehow forgot to give citizens any way to hold elected officials accountable.
The election must be boycotted. The only way to nonviolently discredit an illegitimate government is to refuse to vote.
Right now nonvoters are the majority. Only 48% of eligible citizens bother to vote. The only poll that ever asked them, commissioned by Paul Lehto, found that they were NOT apathetic; they stated that nobody on the ballot would represent their interests. They are correct. The minority are voting for people who will not represent their interests and cannot be held accountable, or are just flushing away their ballots in rigged elections to show their support for and devotion to fascism.
The best thing that can happen is if there is a total economic collapse. That might deter people from voting. If people don’t vote, the government will still swear in a President and attempt to claim legitimacy, but everyone will know better.
An election boycott is the only nonviolent proven effective method of discrediting a government. It worked in South Africa to discredit the Apartheid regime, it worked in Cuba to discredit the Batista regime, and it can work here also.
We have seven weeks in which to organize an effective election boycott. The Republicans control the mainstream media and the Democrats control the major “alternative” media. There are very few websites that aren’t urging people to vote. Worse, even the election fraud industry, the people who have observed, monitored, documented, analyzed, investigated, litigated, and produced books and movies about the stolen elections, who have ALL agreed that the November election will be stolen, are still urging people to vote. I guess they already have their contracts for their books and movies about how the ’08 election was stolen. Well, if we don’t vote, the election cannot be stolen. I’m tired of reading books and watching movies about the stolen elections, I don’t want any more stolen elections.
Don’t vote!
Once you delegate your power to people you cannot hold accountable, they can commit war crimes in your name and claim that they have your consent because you voted. No matter how you vote or who you vote for, if you vote at all, you are giving your consent to an illegitimate government engaged in wars of aggression that have already killed more than seven million innocent people. Please stop consenting.

I can believe it. Bush might do it to keep stealing money for his friends This election is not normal. I have tried to get answers to two questions from the Oboma group 1. What is his stand on stem cell research and what is his stand on building more nuclear reactors.

I respect the opinion that an election would never be suspended, but these are “unprecedented” times and most Americans don’t think this far about conspiracy logic. They don’t believe in “wild” conspiracy theories and not having money terrifies them, they are sheep ready to be slaughtered.
I contacted all of my Congressmen and asked them about the FEMA camps reported in the San Francisco Chronicle and I encourage you to do the same so at least they know that you know.

None of them responded. This is where one would be sent for fighting the government. Americans wouldn’t oppress Americans, but there are enough foreign troops near by to run these camps. Our border patrols have spotted Chinese soldiers on the Mexican border.
