I grew tired of expecting my city water department to stop adding toxic fluoride to our water. I installed a reverse osmosis system to my refridgerator water/ice supply pipe and put in a sink dispenser for cooking use. No more Chlorine, Fluoride, heavy metals and whatever else comes along. It was the best $150 I’ve ever spent. I also switched over to non fluoride toothpaste. I wish i’d have done that decades ago.
