Last Friday, I was motivated to take a local action here in California. It is my first action in a campaign I am starting to “Get Tough On 9/11 Crime”. Those words are in the mainstream, and used by our politicians, and now I am adopting them in my quest to focus attention upward, toward those responsible for the events of September 11th.

Jerry Brown is the Attorney General of California. I delivered the following letter to his office in the State Building in Oakland. I hope this action inspires other to consider what they can do on a local level.

Dear Attorney General Brown,

As a resident of the city of Oakland, in the state of California, I request your help in proceeding with a criminal investigation.

I come to you as a victim and survivor of a violent criminal attack. I am speaking of the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. My story of being a victim and survivor of this crime is documented in my book, “Fortunate, A Personal Diary of 9/11”. I would like to submit this book for your review. As a result of my experiences, I continue to suffer from PTSD eight years later, and suspect I will for the remainder of my life.

The evidence I offer for review and analysis is a plastic packet with a sample of toxic dust that I collected from my destroyed apartment located directly across the street from the World Trade Center complex. The WTC dust has been discovered to have Active Thermitic Material. I offer for review a 25-page peer reviewed scientific paper entitled, “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe.” The conclusion of this report is that the World Trade Center Twin Towers as well as Building Seven were brought down and turned into dust by controlled demolition, using nano-thermite.

I am also submitting for your review four DVD’s, which document and discuss the evidence and the need for a new investigation.

1. 9/ll Press for Truth – Five of the most prominent members of the Family Steering Committee tell their story, providing the argument of why 9/11 still needs investigating.

2. Nanothermite – Steven Jones, Ph.D presents his carefully researched discoveries made as he analyzed the dust from the World Trade Center buildings. Jones discusses a peer-reviewed journal article, the result of 18 months of intensive scientific collaboration.

3. 9/11: Blueprint For Truth – with Richard Gage, AIA, Architect and founder of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, now over 900 strong. He presents scientific forensic evidence of the explosive controlled demolition of all 3 World Trade Center high-rises on 9/11.

4. Loose Change 9/11, An American Coup. With in-depth interviews this documentary presents a wide array of evidence. This DVD also includes an extra of “The Art of Janette MacKinlay”, which was done in response to the event and the ongoing PTSD I live with as a victim of this crime.

Given the overwhelming evidence of criminal activity, please advise on how we can proceed to bring those responsible for these acts to justice.
