Of course they will not be held accountable for their actions, where do the FCC disclosure laws come into place here? Will this pharmaceutical corporation get in trouble for telling blatant lies and then trying to censor the truth? These FCC non disclosure laws don't seem to apply much to these huge corporations, only to individuals and small entities. A plutocracy at its finest.
