Aaaaarrrggghh! This is exactly what I’ve been screaming about! This is NOT about
our health! This is about forcing the REAL ID on us through a HEALTHCARE CARD(chip)!!

Yes, many states rejected Real ID. So they just found another way to make it happen.

Congress, the Judiciary and POTUS are ALL out of line!! The are in violation of the
laws of this land. How can the be allowed to usurp power just because they say so???
THEY CAN’T. There are more of us than of them. Look how Reid and the dems simply
dismissed the unconstitutionality of national healthcare out of hand, just because
the said so, without any real debate. So that’s just it? A wave of the hand? Are we
to tolerate this arrogant dismissal of our personal rights?

The idea of states rights is a good one, although the globalists have infiltrated
down to the smallest hamlets. This is why they feel confident to move forward now.
Chances are good that there are enough of them in state and local governments to stop
any plans toward states’ declarations of sovereignty.

There are things we the people can do, but until enough of us figure it out….I guess
we just deserve what we get.

Same reason we don’t want world government, because no matter where you go in the whole world, it will all be the same. And no vote will have any meaning whatsoever

We can use the 9th Amendment, which states that, “The enumeration in the Constitution of CERTAIN rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage OTHERS [rights, that is] retained by the people.” This means that the people have other rights besides those listed, and that Amendments are designed to expand those rights, as outlined in the Bill of Rights. However, the federal government’s powers [rights] are restricted. (By the way, the 16th Amendment is uncostitutional because it outlines a right of the government, not of the people, therefore it cannot be an Amendment to the Bill of Rights of the People, by definition. The government doesn’t get amendments, but only tasks to fulfill. The people, even irrespective of the states, have rights themselves. The people could, themselves, vote to repeal the Patriot Act, the Health Care Bill, and any other laws designed to pump sunshine up our skirts. The 9th Amendment provides for rights that the founding fathers, in their foresight realized, that just because they had not thought of them at that time, didn’t mean that the people might hzve more rights in the workings of the fullness of time. This will have to be done through the 9th, not the 10th Amendment, if we want our personal freedom back from ANY government.
