Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:
• Section 7203 misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years. [page 3]
She is fully supporting prison time for not having mandatory health insurance from the big health insurance corporations.
This is fascism, pure and simple. You pay a private insurance company $15,000 a year, or go to prison.
What a radical change! I guess Obama’s Healthcare is revolutionary…well maybe not.

Nazi Pelozi’s cognitive dissonance is astounding.
Every American pays a third of their income in the Income Tax. Is it fair that a $1 trillion of that goes right into the pockets of the for-profit Military Industrial Complex? That money could be used to give every American the Right to healthcare, but Nazi Pelozi chooses to create new burdens and prison terms for Americans instead!
Of course, America’s for-profit prison system is in favor of healthcare “reform” because the for-profit Prison Industrial Complex will recieve $30 thousand per year per person who refuses to succumb to Nazi Pelozi’s dictate!
Sounds real fair…….NOT.
This will not stand! This will be the final straw that sparks the revolution!

I’m telling you still, this is to make sure everyone gets issued
a “healthcare” care (soon to be chip). Nothing less than RFID.
Plus, the groundwork is being laid for rounding up those who
dissent against any of their moves. People who stand for rights
and the rule of law are being labeled “homeland terrorists”, and
are being brough out and placed on a target list.
