I think the real question here is; When the long train of abuses continues, do americans have the right( or, perhaps the duty) to assassinate the president and anyone who advocates these mad policies of summary execution, ex parte, with extreme prejudice, extrajudicially?
I think in anybody’s book this would be called murder. No one, not even the president, is above the law. All must be held equally culpable for violations Otherwise, we have the rule of persons, not the rule of law.
Just imagine the trouble the german people could have saved themselves by doing away with hitler in a timely manner.
