This DE FACTO crap is full of dog-poopie! Not a single act which Soetoro has performed is constitutionally permissible regardless of your DE FACTO theory. The other “countering theory” is that of repentence, which is (5 Rs): Remorse, Reveal (what you have done), Repent, Restitution, Remain (faith to your goal of not doing it again.)
If these 5 planks of repentence are not done by our country and our citizens it will fester and kill off the patient (us). We have done enough of this “wink-wink” sort of politicking. Now is the time to repent.
