Emergency Situation: Russia Stock Market Will Not Reopen

Reuters reported that the market was closed for only one hour earlier in the day:
Russia’s MICEX-RTS exchange suspended trading on its main stock market section on Monday at 1156 GMT for one hour until the end of the main trading session, the exchange’s spokesman said.
The exchange, which calculates both Russia’s benchmark indexes RTS and MICEX, said in a statement on its website that the trading was suspended due to “a problem in displaying orders and deals in the main stock market section.”

But no other news since.
Apparently they were unable to restart the market as planned after being down all day as the news releases on the Russian Stock market site are dated nearly two hours apart with no notice being given that the trading has resumed.
The latest news release on home page of indicates the above notice about the extended suspension of trading was again issued at 20:26 (8:26).
