(RussiaToday) – Two towns tied together by the I-95 highway in Connecticut, once dubbed the ‘ribbon of hope’, it is now more of a ‘ribbon of inequality’.

A half hour drive from one another,Greenwich is abuzz with Wall Street CEOs and wealth, and Bridgeport, formerly filled with booming factories and prospering working Americans, is now a ghost town and wasteland.

The towns are tied together by the I-95 highway in Connecticut, once dubbed the “ribbon of hope”, it is now more of a “ribbon of inequality”.
