Presidential Candidate Virgil Goode accused of petition fraud

August 7th, 2012

(USWGO) – Anytime you challenge the status quo, anytime you challenge the establishment Republican GOP and Democrat Liberals you will get investigated by the board of elections, that is what happened to Presidential candidate Virgil Goode. The FEC targeted Liberty Lobby that was going to become a third party to compete against establishment politicians from the GOP and Liberals while ignoring violations by the communist party of the USA.

Virgil Goode is a candidate of the Constitution Political Party, he was nominated for the party for candidacy for US President for the beginning of 2013. In order to gain official state ballot access in every state, the following state elections code has to be followed which usually follows gathering petition signatures from legal voters with valid social security numbers, the petition has a minimum limit to where once that limit is reached the petition will be recognized, and then the candidate and the staff usually gather the signatures required by state law to gain official ballot access but the rules usually differ from state to state. USWGO has interviewed him and he has heard of the Bilderberg Group, he is against World Government, and is against the TSA molestation of women and little kids by Homeland Security under the guise of stopping Al-Qaeda from hiding in peoples underwear when the mainstream media admits the Underwear bomber was working with the CIA. For being against the Bilderberg Group he faces the same fate as US GOP Candidate Ron Paul, either voter fraud is used to suppress third party candidates like Goode or Ron Paul from nominations and if they even get past the bureaucratic red tape then an investigation for fraud or another matter is always usually made to try to destroy the third party candidates so that people are forced to serve as republicans or democrats to have any voice in the establishment government.

NBCWashington broke the news about the Virginia Board of Elections seeking an investigation into ballot signatures involving the campaign of the US Presidential candidate Goode. The former six-term Congressman that was from Rocky Mount was gathering signatures, even from the bluegrass music concert event in Virginia which has been witnessed by the USWGO Founder, to appear on the Virginia ballot, his home state, and got on the ballot in more then twelve other states in the United States.

The elections board voted unanimously on a proposal to request that the Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to investigate Goode for “suspected petition fraud” on forms submitted by the Constitution Party in its efforts to gain ballot access for Goode to be voted on for US Presidency.

More information will be documented at USWGO Alternative News as this whole incident unfolds.
