Putin: Moscow is helping Beijing build missile-attack warning system

Russia is helping China build a warning system for missile attacks: it was revealed by President Putin at the annual international affairs conference, the ‘Valdai Discussion Club’ that is currently underway in Russia. The President reminded attendees that Russia and the US are the only two countries in the world currently armed with such systems.
