Numerous residents from Shasta County have reported multiple tests to the Shasta County Air Quality District that reveal a mass contamination of both aluminum and barium. Aluminum in free form is very toxic to eco-systems and human health.

Residents of the county believe that the source of contamination is from geo-engineering/chemtrail programs that allegedly have been deployed on a mass scale during the past few years. The Associated Press reports today that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming by “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays.” However, such programs are already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying. I am aware, however, of the U.S. government spraying weapons of mass destruction on us, in the form of toxic nerve agents (malathion, pyrenone 5,25, Checkmate OLR-F, Checkmate LBAM-F) with the excuse of protecting us from non-threatening fruit flies, light brown apple moths, and mosquitoes allegedly carrying the West Nile Virus (which is almost no threat to humans). Leuren Moret worked as a scientist at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories and has a BS in Geology at U.C. Davis and an MA in Near Eastern studies from U.C. Berkeley. She serves as environmental commissioner for the City of Berkeley.

Leuren was an Expert Witness at the International Criminal Tribunal For Afghanistan At Tokyo.  She is an independent scientist and international expert on radiation and public health issues and is on the organizing committee of the World Committee on Radiation Risk, an organization of independent radiation specialists, including members of the Radiation Committee in the EU parliament, the European Committee on Radiation Risk.

She has conducted research concerning the impact on the health of the environment and global public health from atmospheric testing, nuclear power plants, and depleted uranium.  She has helped collect and measure radiation in 6000 baby teeth from children living around nuclear power plants, and helped The State of Louisiana (USA) pass the first state depleted uranium bill for mandatory testing of soldiers.
