(America20xy) – Newborn baby Cheyenne was taken from her parents– John Irish and Stephanie Taylor– by CPS shortly after she was born last week. An affidavit cited her father’s affiliation with Oath Keepers as one of the reasons for seizing Cheyenne from him and the child’s mother during her first week of life.

On 10/14/10 a rally was held by Oath Keepers and its supporters outside a courthouse in Dover, New Hampshire while Mr. Irish and Ms. Taylor’s hearing took place inside. Read the rest of this entry »

(Oathkeepers) – There has been some confusion about this case, leading some commentators to believe that the reference to John Irish’s “association” with Oath Keepers was in some other document, rather than in the affidavit relied on by the Court’s Order. Alex Jones’ site, in an effort to protect the privacy of the family, posted excerpts from two different documents, leading some to question where the reference actually was.

What was supposed to be one of the most joyous occasions of their lives turned into a nightmare for John Irish and Stephanie Janvrin, after they were told by The Director of Security and the Head Nurse at Concord Hospital that their baby would be taken to be checked by the hospital pediatrician. Government Agents Seize Oath Keeper’s New Born From Hospital

New Hampshire, Wed. Oct. 6th, 2010

Last Night John Irish & Stephanie Janvrin had their new born baby girl taken away by government officials because of their involvement with Oath Keepers, a non violent constitutional organization. According to Irish, The Director of Security and the Head Nurse of the Hospital said “we want the pediatrician to check the baby in the nursery so that you can go home.” The baby was wheeled out in the bassinet under the protest of Irish.
