Julia is a former Customs and Border Protection Officer who was branded a “Domestic Terrorist” for exposing glaring shortcomings within the U.S. national security establishment. Julia Davis, a former federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security, discovered and reported a breach of national security at the largest and busiest land border crossing in the U.S. on 4th of July, 2004.
