(KurtNimmo) – The House has voted down a resolution to pull troops out of Afghanistan by the end of the year. After three hours of debate by a miniscule number of antiwar Democrats, the House voted 356 to 65 to reject the withdrawal proposal. The UN Charter are those laws, fortified with treaty status that under the US Constitution puts the Charter equal in authority to US law.
