(KurtNimmo) – House Republicans have introduced legislation that would prevent the EPA from conducting aerial drone surveillance of American farms under the guise of enforcing the Clean Water Act.
Rep. Shelley Moore Capito’s bill would force the EPA to get written consent, give public notice, and provide evidence that the Clean Water Act is being violated, according to The Hill. Read the rest of this entry »

(RealClearPolitics) – “The smart rich know they can only build the gate so high. And, and, sooner or later history proves that people when they’ve had enough aren’t going to take it anymore. And much better to deal with it nonviolently now, through the political system, than what could possibly happen in the future, which nobody wants to see,” Michael Moore said on Current TV’s “Countdown” program.
Moore was alluding to riots, which he was discussing with “Countdown” host Keith Olbermann prior to his comment to deal with things nonviolently now. Read the rest of this entry »
(Eyeblast) – Yes, this is in regards to the Arizona shootings but, to be fair to Michael Moore, he’s basically been saying this same thing his entire career. You can check out his full line of reasoning, if you can call it that, here. But basically he starts off his brilliant diatribe by claiming that most guns in the US are in areas with very little gun violence. This is, of course, true. However, Moore takes no time to stop and consider exactly why this is true.
You see, to Moore this is true simply because these areas are suburban or rural or something. I guess. He can’t fathom a connection between gun ownership by law abiding Americans and reduced crime rates. It’s astounding. Read the rest of this entry »
(KurtNimmo) – Following Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs’ ungracious comments about the “professional left,” the usual suspects mounted the corporate media and began venting about the Obama administration.
One such luminary was filmmaker Michael Moore. Mike told Keith Olbermann at MSNBC that the so-called left wants to seize the banks and throw out the bums but the Obama administration simply will not listen. Mike’s naiveté — more likely his mendacity, since he did not roll off the turnip truck last week — will undoubtedly stir the righteous indignation of so-called progressives. In fact, it is designed to do so. Read the rest of this entry »

Do you really want to be the new “war president”? If you go to West Point tomorrow night (Tuesday, 8pm) and announce that you are increasing, rather than withdrawing, the troops in Afghanistan, you are the new war president. Pure and simple. And with that you will do the worst possible thing you could do — destroy the hopes and dreams so many millions have placed in you. Read the rest of this entry »
