There’s torture, such as cutting off limbs and using a cattle prod to get out information. Waterboarding isn’t exactly the same thing. Our navy seals go through waterboarding as part of their training. I respect judge Napolitano, but just saying we tortured folks, is a bit misrepresentative. I’d love to have the panty bomber interrogated by the military, and not have been given his miranda rights by our leftist Attorney General Eric Holder. I wasn’t a big bush fan but seeing what we have now in the White House, I’d take Bush back in a heartbeat.

And why is Judge Napolitano not on the “Top InfoWarrior” list? It’s only through patriots like him that this country has any hope.
